I support parents of children and teens with ADHD, Executive Function challenges, and High Sensitivity. My work focuses on helping families navigate emotional regulation, transitions, follow‐through, and daily routines with greater calm and confidence. Parent coaching is designed to provide practical, personalized support you can apply in real life. Coaching focuses on understanding you and your child’s needs, strengthening skills over time, and reducing stress for the whole family.

Parents can expect:

  • Virtual, one‑on‑one weekly coaching sessions, tailored to your family’s unique needs

  • Email support between sessions to help maintain momentum and navigate challenges as they arise

  • After Session Summaries to highlight key insights and progress, track goals, and affirm action steps; as well as provide any additional information or resources that are applicable to your situation
