Neuro-Inclusive Parent Coaching for families

I support parents of school aged children - including tweens and teens - with ADHD, Executive Function challenges, and High Sensitivity. My coaching focuses on helping families navigate emotional regulation, transitions, follow‐through, independence, and daily routines with greater calm and confidence. Using a neurodiversity‐affirming, trauma informed, and strengths‐based approach, I provide practical, highly personalized parent coaching tools that support real‐life skill development at home.

Parents can expect:

  • Virtual, one‑on‑one weekly coaching sessions, tailored to your family’s unique needs

  • Email support between sessions to help maintain momentum and navigate challenges as they arise

  • After Session Summaries to highlight key insights and progress, track goals, and affirm action steps; as well as provide any additional information or resources that are applicable to your situation
