Many college students are unaware of how many built‑in supports are available to them, or they may feel unsure about how and when to access them. In coaching, we explore these resources together and help students feel more confident about when and how to engage them.
The list below reflects common services found at many colleges and universities. While every campus is different (and office names may vary), most schools offer similar types of support. This is not an all‑inclusive list, but a starting point to help students and families understand what may be available.
And if coaching is not the right time or fit, these resources can often provide meaningful support right away.
